The initial container delivered looked like the US Marines had been using it for target practice, the crane was booked, install team were coming on site in 18 hours and the container was not, in my opinion fit for purpose. I called Laura, there was a short exchange of photos and emails and Laura suggested an upgrade. With no talk of blame from either of us, Laura arranged for another container to be delivered. This was absolutely spot on, the replacement was perfect and the service was inspirational. Very happy with new storage container received last week (for our factory thinners and printing inks) – All in very good condition with a strong, rigid grill floor that is perfect for our requirements. I can’t praise the containers that were delivered enough. The units themselves were perfect for what we required and we were absolutely shocked at how good they were when they came on site. There are 30 people in the containers right now viewing explosions and they are getting used daily. I will be coming back to buy some more, because everyone was so impressed with the first ones.

Over the last few weeks I tried to deal with a two very large companies who deal with this type of equipment. One company has not replied to me after a visit to their site and three phone calls. Another company whom I also visited and picked a style of container then told me that they had nil stock for sale. They offered me a new container with a £1000 delivery charge but still could not give a delivery date. Your company supplied an itemised list with the price and details which was very straight forward and suited my requirements. So once again thank you for an efficient and friendly service.
