Chessington Veterinary Surgery was one of my favourite jobs due to the fact the container was a bit out of the ordinary. They ordered a 30ft quality used A grade container from us to be delivered to Surrey. A 30ft container isnt a standard size container, so we need to create our own by cutting down a 40ft container. When a container is cut down it will either keep the original cargo doors or the original front wall depending where its cut. In this case, the customer kept the original front wall and had new flat panel doors installed.
Once the container was cut down, we re-painted the container dark green to give it a fresh new look. The customer also requested the container to have a
lockbox fitted, which we added on. We also provided the customer with a high security padlock for extra safety. After this, the container also had
Grafo-Therm applied to the roof to help combat the effect of condensation. Once all the work was carried out, the depot were happy to provide photos of the container for us to send the customer. After sending the customer some photos, we arranged a suitable delivery date with the customer and the container got delivered with no issues at all.
