Maria Stanfield joined Lion Containers in October 2013 as a Customer Services Apprentice, she did extremely well during her apprenticeship, later developing into a Sales Team Leader and an integral member of the sales team. Maria now has significant experience in container sales and modifications projects. Maria is based in the Lion Containers head office in Cannock.

Since working at Lion Containers, Maria has made a real impact with both general sales and the complex modification of containers, her role has developed substantially and she has most recently been involved in a large container build involving a great deal of project management and design. Maria remarks; “My favourite Lion moments are when I see my conversion jobs being installed. This always makes me excited and proud that I have been part of the project, especially when I see that my customers are ecstatic about their containers”. Maria’s favourite project has been the development and delivery of the University Travel Hub project.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys listening to and watching live music and adventures. Her pet hate is anything spicy and if she was not a container expert, she would be in university studying media.
